doc/source/whatsnew/vX.X.X.rstfile if fixing a bug or adding a new feature.This issue seems to be caused due to the fix provided in #45319 . I have added kind of a check but the implementation doesn't seem very clean to me. Would be open to any suggestions. TiA!
